  2. Use the right media.  An AD in “Health Care” won’t be read by Auto Mechanics.
  3. Make sure your message is clear.  Don’t try to be clever.  Just get the basic message out there.
  4. Brochures and PR messages do not provide feedback.  So you never know if they are working unless you do the research.
